I figured it out! Had to resize the two widgets (SiMiClock and battstatt in this case) to 2x2 (which messes em up.) Then place them side by side, then when you resize them after they are already placed, it allows the overlap.
^^ Correct! Sorry, was asleep guys. LauncherPro indeed allows for resizing, and alas, that is the way to go. Every set up is almost like a puzzle. Keep experimenting, however, and you will soon find yourself a master!

I tried resizing with launcherpro but I still couuldn't get them to overlap like that.

How did you get battstatt on that height? It's lower for me when I follow the steps.
How did you get rid of the rain drops overlay on beautiful widgets? I just can't figure that one out...
Found a way myself. You can do it by replacing the water pngs with transparent ones in the apk.
